The Express Punch Card is a program proposed by WTC (Working Together Coalition). The Punch Card program will offer homeless citizens transportation from the DRC (Day Resource Center for the Homeless), Salvation Army, Union Gospel Mission and the Prespreterian Night Shelter to the East side Texas Workforce Center at 4701 East Lancaster Ave. Clients will only use the Day Express Card to ride to and from participating locations on the Lancaster bus route. Using the card for any other reasons not specified by our policies will terminate your from the program. Upon referrals from case managers or administrators from the four agencies the Express Punch Cards will be distributed by the WTC (Working Together Coalition). They must be documentation the client is actively participating in a work program. WTC (Working Together Coalition) will monitor the use of the Day Express Punch Card, and turn in quarterly reports to The Fort Worth Transportation Authority.
